We will be offering telehealth visits for follow-up appointments. When you schedule your visit on our APPOINTMENTS page, just select “FOLLOW-UP - TELEHEALTH”.
If you have a critical scheduling barrier, we may be able to provide an after-hours televisit (Tuesday/Thursday evenings or Saturday morning) on a case-by-case basis. If you need to request such a visit, please use our CONTACT form.
Please keep in mind, there may be clinical situations in which only an in-person visit is appropriate, in which case we will advise you of such.
New patient appointments must be in-person.

We will offer Botox® injections for a variety of indications (chronic migraine, dystonia, torticollis, spasticity, hemifacial spasm, blepharospasm, sialorrhea, hyperhidrosis).
We will offer occipital nerve blocks and trigger point injections.
We will also offer transnasal sphenopalatine ganglion (SPG) blocks - these will not be covered by insurance, and will be self-pay only.
-
These visits are meant to try to help break a migraine that has not responded to your home medications, and hopefully keep you from having to go to the ER / urgent care.
We will try to get you in during our normal business hours, but as quickly as possible. We will perform a brief, rapid evaluation, then provide an intramuscular “migraine cocktail” (note: no IV, no controlled substances).
You will rest in the calm, quiet environment of our office while the medications have time to work. If needed, we may also offer additional treatments (nerve blocks, trigger point injections).
Because some of the medications used can cause substantial drowsiness, you must have a driver to/from these rescue appointments.
Once we open on January 6th, these rescue appointments will be available by special request - use the CONTACT form to send an urgent request.
-
As we are a new start-up, it will be logistically feasible for us to only carry one form of botulinumtoxin, which will be Botox®.
-
Due to HIPAA regulations, we cannot transmit clinical information via email.
Inter-visit communication must take place via the secure patient portal (preferred) or telephone. These messages are meant to be limited and brief.
Substantial clinical issues (such as new symptoms, medication changes, reviewing test results and detailed questions) must be addressed at an office or telehealth visit.
-
To access our patient portal (CharmHealth), please CLICK HERE.
Please note, clinical communication will not begin until we have officially opened on January 6, 2027.

To streamline operations, our office policy is to require an active credit card-on-file.
After your insurance processes a claim, any remaining balance will be automatically charged to your card on-file, and you will receive a statement.
This system eliminates the need for you to log in, make payments or mail checks.
To securely store your card in our processing vendor’s encrypted vault (Helcim), CLICK HERE.
