We are still in the credentialing phase. We have been working on this for some time, but the process takes months.

At present, we anticipate launching in January as in-network with the following:

• Regular Medicare part B (commercial supplements are fine, as they are required to follow Medicare’s rules when Medicare is primary)

• Select commercial/employer Anthem plans *

  • Anthem PPO (Commercial / Employer plans)

  • Anthem HealthKeepers HMO / POS (Commercial / Employer plans)

  • Out-of-State Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO (BlueCard)

* We will be out-of-network with Anthem Pathway, HealthKeepers Plus (Medicaid / Cardinal Care) and Medicare Advantage.

As of now, we are out-of-network with all other plans. If your plan is a commercial insurer, we are still happy to see you on a self-pay basis.

Due to rigid state/federal regulations, we are forbidden from seeing out-of-network Medicaid or Medicare Advantage patients on a self-pay basis.
